Where do we ship?
We ship to Canada and the US, to any physical address however we do not accept P.O. Box addresses or R.R. addresses.
Processing Time
We will process each order within 1 - 3 business days and your order usually ships within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, standard ground shipping takes between 6-12 business days to arrive at your door. Please note that on occasion shipping delays may occur due to inclement weather and/or holidays.
Back-Order/Unavailable Items
On the occasion that your order items are on back order or are unavailable, we will contact you promptly (within the order process time) to discuss alternatives or grant you a refund. Please note that due to increased popularity, it is likely that some products are on back-order but don't worry, we are committed to bringing you fast and efficient service!
