Return Policy:

Le Wedding Favor stands behind every product it sells. To allow you to shop with absolute confidence we offer a return policy as follows:

Regular Refund

Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days once the customer has received the order. All shipping costs are non-refundable and items must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the items back to us. Products that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us will not be refunded.

Items not Refunded

Sale items cannot be returned for refund and items for which original packaging has been disposed of cannot be returned for refund.

Return Procedure

Please email or call us to obtain a return authorization which is required for refunds or exchanges. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the unused order back. As soon as we receive the returned shipment, your credit card will be credited for the cost of the product returned. Associated processing time is required so please allow up to two weeks.

Damaged Items

Sometimes items get damaged during shipment. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will reship you the items that were damaged at no charge. We will however ask you to provide proof of the damaged products by sending us photos.

We hope you never have to return anything to us, but if you do, we will work together to make this exchange as easy as possible!
